Artist's Description

This now inactive covered bridge spans Sunday River in Oxford County Maine. It is known locally as the Artist Bridge and is considred one of the most photographed and painted covered bridges in New England. I took a number of shots of this bridge and even went down into the creek bed to get some shots. After seeing me make it to the creek several others attempted the trek as well. I actually had to show them where to step to keep from falling in...what fun.
